Details on clothing are without doubt one of my weak spots. I always try to buy things that have art or unique details on fabric. When I notice particular designs with unique details I have the same feeling I used to get during Christmas morning. You know? that excitement when you are about to see what Santa left you under the tree.
I firmly believe that details are everything, but specially on clothing. For me details create style. You may wear any piece of clothing with amazing details and pair it with something simple and casual, it will strike one as interesting, unique and stylish. Although finding rare clothing with details may be a bit more expensive, the good news is that there are stores like ZAFUL where you can find state-of-the-art pieces with inexpensive prices.
There are some people that are "ashamed" of shabby inexpensive clothing. I personally don't believe in people that are "ashamed" of inexpensive clothing. I think we should embrace our own style and buy the pieces that make you happy and respect others for what they decide to buy as well. I think we should embrace our own style no matter who or what. And if you insist in being ashamed of something, be ashamed of shabby ideas and shoddy philosophies instead.
The good news is that today we can all have our own style and we don't need thousands of dollars to acquire it. Now at days we are really lucky since there is good clothing design on every level.
